Selectie: Neighbours Meet Neighbours, Cehia

Selectie: Neighbours Meet Neighbours, Cehia
Asociatia Tineret si Dezvoltare Regionala anunta selectie participanti pentru TC (Training Course) "Neighbours Meet Neighbours" , care va avea loc in perioada 29 aprilie - 05 mai 2007 in Liberec, Cehia.

La proiect vor lua parte tineri din: Polonia, Bulgaria, Cehia, Letonia, Germania, Italia, Romania, Ungaria.

Grup tinta, tinerii intre 18 - 30 ani.

Cei interesati pot trimite o scrisoare de intentie (in limba romana) si un CV cu poza pe adresa: mariana.buzarin@atdr.ro impreuna cu Formularul de Inscriere (Registration form) pe care il gasiti atasat. Acesta va fi completat in limba engleza!
Data limita pentru aplicatie este 25 februarie 2007.

Description:
How does it happen that being so close we know so little about each other? What are the benefits of rising awareness of what is happening across the border? What can we learn from each other? What can we do together, and how to do that in most effective way?

We want to empower young people by giving them concrete tool that will help in putting plans and dreams into reality. By getting to know mysteries of project management they will learn how to run their projects more effectively.
We will create the network of youth leaders from cross border regions to strengthen the benefits of neighbours to neighbours cooperation and to promote mutual understanding over the borders.

Aim:
To empower youth leaders to run local and cross-border youth projects more effectively. With the primarily focus on the action 1 and secondarily as well on the action 3 projects.

Objectives:
-to share and analyze the specific situations of different cross border regions across Europe
-to train skills of: project planning, project implementation and project evaluating
-achieving the awareness that the main idea behind “cross border cooperation” does not end after 1st of January 2007
-setting-up long lasting international and cross-border partnership and maintaining effective cooperation

Target group:
-youth leaders from small local youth NGOs
-coming from cross-border region
-leaders that want to apply in the youth programme in the future
-people who are actively working with young people as a professional or voluntary youth workers/leaders
-youth workers working directly with young people from organizations situated in the “cross border cooperation area's” and willing to do youth exchanges and initiatives
-participants that are planning to set up international youth projects and have an organizational commitment to do so
-participants that have an active attitude!
-aged 18-30


Outcomes:
-future sustainable cooperation and common projects among participants’ NGOs
-raising the quality of the youth local and cross-border projects
-raising the awareness of the possibilities of cooperation in the cross-border region
-website with contact details of NGOs’ operating in cross-border region
